STEP 1:
Fill out the rental application
STEP 2:
Email your documents in PDF format to: 📧 hvelovic@ipellc.net
Document #1: Government-issued Photo ID + Social Security Card
Document #2: Three (3) most recent Pay Stubs or other Proof of Income
Document #3: Recent Bank Statements (both savings and checking accounts, covering the last 30 days)
Document #4: Most Recent Credit Report

No. We do not charge an application fee for rentals.

Once we receive your completed application and documents, approvals are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Lease terms vary by property, but most require a minimum of 6 months.

Some properties are pet-friendly with approval. Please mention your pets in the application.
